Get in Touch

Whether you’re an agency interested in partnering on research, a scholar looking to collaborate, or a journalist seeking accurate information for a story — we’d love to hear from you.

Agencies

Are you a law enforcement, fire, or EMS agency interested in participating in ALERRT research? Our studies are designed to be minimally burdensome on agencies and their personnel, and participation can take many forms — from providing access to training records and administrative data to hosting on-site data collection. Agencies that partner with us receive findings before public release and a plain-language summary of results.

Researchers

Are you a scholar interested in collaborating with the Research Ring? We welcome partnerships with researchers at other institutions who share our focus on first responder health, law enforcement training, active attack research, or public and law enforcement opinion. We have access to unique datasets, lab facilities, and an established network of agency partners that may complement your own work.

Journalists

ALERRT researchers regularly serve as subject-matter experts for news coverage of active attacks, first responder training, and public safety. If you’re working on a story that intersects with our research, reach out — we can connect you with the right researcher, point you to the relevant evidence, or help ensure your reporting reflects the best available data.
